Between 2004 and 2011, she was Manager, Administrative Director and Producer of the Guangdong Modern Dance Company and the GMDC small theatre. She was Director of Guangdong Dance Festival (2011-2016) and Programming Director of Beijing Dance Festival (2012-2019).<\/p>\n<p>She was appointed Head of China Dance Development of City Contemporary Dance Company in 2017 and launched the biennial City Contemporary Dance Festival.
